Lavington is located approximately 5.9 Kilometres from the Nairobi Central Business District. It is one of the most affluent neighborhood in Nairobi city, being a high-income residential suburb. The neighborhood is a place of peace and tranquillity.

Being a posh estate, rentals in the neighborhood are quite expensive compared to other Nairobi estates. Lavington is closely bordered by Westlands, Kileleshwa and Kilimani and has a variety of malls and famous schools.
